PSE&G storm update - March 15th 2010 - Village of Ridgewood
Village & PSE&G crews will continue to work throughout the day and night to restore services. Based on the extensive dame - especially in Bergen County, PSE&G is estimating that the majority of customers will be restored by late Wednesday with the remainder on Thursday.
Many of the outages are caused by falling trees and limbs, which bring down power lines. Downed wires should always be considered "live". STAY AWAY FROM ALL DOWNED LINES. Do not approach or drive over a downed line and do not touch anything that it might be in contact with. To report a downed wire or power outage, call 1-800-436-PSEG.
